No. Conversion runs on our server with open-source software (LibreOffice).
A ZIP with a PDF of every file and an editable .odg file you can open in free LibreOffice Draw.
Not at the moment. Publisher layouts don't map well to Word. Use the .odg files to edit.
Files are processed in an isolated sandbox without internet access and deleted automatically after 24 hours. We never look at them.
WordArt, some special effects, very old Publisher 1.0/2.0 files, and fonts we don't have (replaced with similar fonts).
