We process the files you upload only to convert them for you. Files and results are deleted automatically 24 hours after upload. We do not use your files for any other purpose and do not share them.
Payments are handled by Polar (polar.sh), our merchant of record; we receive your email and order details from Polar to provide the service and support. Server logs (IP address, time, pages visited) are kept up to 30 days for security and simple visitor counts. Emails you send to support are kept up to 12 months to answer you and handle refunds.
You have rights under the GDPR (access, deletion, complaint to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate).
